# Return & Refund Policy

At ErgoAlign Workspace, we want you to love your ergonomic setup. If a product doesn't perfectly align with your comfort needs, we offer a straightforward 30-day return window.

### 1. Return Window
You have exactly 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return and dispatch your item back to us. 

### 2. Return Eligibility & Product Condition
To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
* The item must be in **New and Unused** condition.
* It must be returned inside its original packaging, complete with all components, manuals, and protective inserts.
* Items showing clear signs of physical wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

### 3. Return Process
1. Contact our support team at support@ergoalignworkspace.com to initiate a return request. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to send your package. 

### 4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
* **Defective or Damaged Items:** If the product arrives broken or defective due to a manufacturing error, ErgoAlign Workspace will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return label.
* **Customer Remorse (Changed Your Mind/Wrong Size):** If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, the **customer is responsible** for purchasing and arranging the return shipping label.
* **Restocking Fees:** We charge **$0 restocking fees**. You will never be penalized for returning an eligible item.

### 5. Refunds Processing Time
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within **5 to 7 business days**.
