# Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at ErgoAlign Workspace. We are dedicated to delivering your ergonomic office upgrades safely and efficiently. 

### 1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all physical addresses within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

### 2. Shipping Costs
* **Standard Shipping:** Flat rate of $4.99 on all orders under $50.
* **Free Shipping:** Standard shipping is completely free for all orders totaling $50.00 or more (before taxes).

### 3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Our shipping timeline is broken down into two parts:
* **Handling/Processing Time:** Orders take 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday) to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse facility. 
* **Transit Time:** Once picked up by our carrier (UPS/FedEx), standard transit time takes 3 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday) to arrive at your destination.
* **Total Estimated Delivery Time:** 4 to 10 business days from the moment your order is placed. 

*Please note: Orders placed after our 5:00 PM (EST) cut-off time will begin processing the following business day.*

### 4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately. You can monitor your shipment via our carrier's portal.
